Themed Parties

PERFORMANCE PARTIES

Our Performance Parties are normally two hours in length, although can be adapted to suit your needs. The first section is spent with theatre activities, group games and party games. The second section will be drama, dance or singing based, preparing the kids for a short performance. We have a list of current party themes to the right, although we also do bespoke themes upon request.

Below left, you will see the pick and choose menu, which details the different activities we offer. All activities are still themed to your party requirements.

PARTY TIMINGS

We find some younger children (under 4's) are more suited to a 1 - 1.5 Hour Party, where there is no end performance. Please note for parties over one hour in length a short break is allocated within the party schedule. We find the children need this break to recharge, and it offers a suitable opportunity to serve drinks, snacks, food or cut the cake. Of course we are on hand to help you with all of the above.

VENUES & EQUIPMENT

We come to a venue of your choice. Some people choose to hire a hall; others decide to host the party at home. We can adapt the party to suit the room size; however all we ask is that there is enough room for your children to move freely and safely. We are happy to recommend venues we have visited in your area, should it be required. We bring all our own equipment including:

We do ask for a small table to put our equipment on, and access to a power socket.

Cupcake Decoration
The children get to design and decorate their own cupcakes. We provide aprons, cupcake bases and icing materials, decorating materials, cupcake boxes and crafts for decorating. This activity lasts for 30 minutes and is suitable for up to 15 children.
Beaded Jewelry
Using cord and a variety of beads the children get to create their own bracelets or necklaces. This activity lasts for 15 minutes and s suitable for up to 15 children.
Karaoke
We provide a LCD TV for screen lyrics, 2 Cordless microphones and 4 wired microphones, 2 mike stands, disco light pod, bubble machine, fun dress up box a range of chart/musical hits and an entertainer to run the equipment. We recommend karaoke for no more than 15 children. This activity runs for 30 minutes.
Balloon Modelling
Making basic balloon animals with the children. Items include: • Dogs • Giraffes • Swords • Hats Numbers and Timings This activity lasts for 15 minutes and recommended for up to 20 children. Description
Arts & Crafts
We create a themed craft with the children. An example would be making a pirate ship, for a pirate themed party. We bring all the materials required. This activity lasts for 15 minutes and is recommended for up to 15 children.
Party Games
This activity combines traditional party games with fun group games, we theme all the games as much as we can with a storyline running throughout. The games include Musical Statues, Pass the Parcel, Musical Chairs, Parachute Games, Ladders, Themed Pin the Tail on the Donkey (ie pin the parrot onto the pirate). This activity lasts for one hour and is recommended for up to thirty children.
T-Shirt Decoration
Design your own T-shirt with fabric paints/pens, glitter and rhinestones. We can theme the design to suit your party requirements. For example this activity would work great in a Hannah Montana themed party, where we would design our make our own Hannah Montana T-shirts. We also have the option of ending the party with a fashion show. We bring cotton white T-shirts, and all the materials. This activity lasts for 30 minutes, and is suitable for up to 15 children.
Treasure Hunt
We go on an imaginative adventure with the children, finding clues to our buried treasure (sweets and pocket toys). "Can you cross crocodile infested seas, and fly over the mermaid lagoon to solve the treasure hunt, and find the Fairies buried treasure?" We adapt every treasure hunt to suit you chosen theme. This activity lasts for 15 minutes and is recommende for up to 20 children.
Cheerleading
We choreograph a cheer routine with the children, with easy to follow moves. You can choose your own song, or one from our recommended selection. We bring all the pom poms and twirlers. This activity lasts for 30 minutes and is recommended for up to 20 children.
Dance/Singing/Drama
We choose music dependant on each theme. Singing includes the use of our microphones, and the dance routine consists of basic steps and actions. We include accessories of twirlers, and pom-poms which are used in the dance routine. For the drama we practice a short scene based around the theme of your choice. (For younger children this will become interactive storytelling). This activity lasts for 30 minutes and is recommended for up to 20 children.
End Performance
This activity ties in with the dance/singing/drama activity. After practicing their performance the children receive themed dress up accersories such as T-shirts or hats to perform in; we then invite all parents arriving to sit down and watch the fantastic work the children have produced. This activity lasts for 15 minutes and is recommended for up to 20 children.
Basic Facepainting
We do also basic faces such as animals, butterflies, pirates, princesses etc. We use snazeroo products. Each child takes approx five minutes to complete.
