Each performance party follows the same structure. After introducing ourselves and the celebration we get everyone dancing with the following games and activities
Musical statues
Musical chairs
Pass the parcel (including small toy provided by us)
Various play parachute games
Pin the character onto the themed poster (similar to pin the tail on the donkey)
All games have prizes of sweets, provided by us Please note we use a variation of games dependant on age.
Break (10-15 Minutes)
Time for a quick snack and drink. This time can be extended to suit your needs. Some parents wish to serve food and cut the cake in this break. After setting up for the second half of the party, we will come and help with the above, serving food and engaging with the children.
Part Two (45 Minutes)
Using fun exercises we warm up vocally and physically before beginning the singing section. The children learn a themed song as a group. Depending on confidence levels we might introduce solo and duo singing for the verses, all sung into our microphones.
They then learn a dance routine, which consists of basic steps and actions. We include accessories of twirlers, feather boas, and pom-poms, which are used in the routine.
For the drama we split the children into groups and help them create opening freeze frames for their characters. We then add in some lines, and practice a short drama piece. Dependant on age this might become interactive storytelling.
Finally we give out dress up props and accessories, and invite all parents arriving to sit down and watch the fantastic performance the children have produced.

Song and Dance
You can request two specific tracks for your child's dance party, or choose one of our recommended tracks.
Every child will be involved throughout the two pieces, regardless of their dance level. Duets and solos will also be worked into the number, and there will be an opportunity for the kids to create their own moves too.
Finally children can dress up in our accessories of feather boas, cowboy hats, gloves or leg warmers.
Song and Dance
The children get to choose two tracks to singalong too. We then add some basic choreography to the songs.
Next we give out cowboy hats, caps, costume jewelry, leg warmers etc for the children to dress up in.
